Aurabox is your soulful gifting sanctuary where spirituality, boho aesthetics, and mindful energy come together in handcrafted and curated treasures. We offer journals, wall decor, chakra kits, incense tools, and personalized gifts that are designed to heal, uplift, and inspire.

2. Are your products customizable?

Yes! Most of our products including keychains, wall art, nameplates, and journals are customizable. Just check the product description or drop us a message if you want something made uniquely for you.

3. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, we do. We have a dedicated Wholesale & Bulk Buys section with special MOQ-based pricing. Perfect for gifting events, retreats, or brand collaborations. Custom branding is also available for corporate gifting.

4. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India and are expanding globally soon. Digital products like journals and printables are instantly downloadable worldwide.

5. How long does shipping take?

  • Customized Orders: 5–10 working days
  • Ready-to-ship Products: 3–5 working days
  • Digital Products: Instant delivery via email

Shipping timelines may vary slightly based on location and order load, but we’ll keep you in the loop always.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. If you face any delays, just reach out — we’re here to help.

7. What’s your return policy?

  • Custom & Personalised Items: Non-returnable unless damaged or wrong
  • Non-Custom Items: Return within 3 days of delivery (unused and in original packaging)
  • Digital Products: Non-refundable

We pour our soul into every piece and pack them with love, but if something goes wrong, let us know we’ll make it right.

8. How do I use your digital journals or printables?

Once purchased, you’ll receive a link to download your files. You can print them at home or at a local printer all designs are A5/A4 friendly. Journals work great with pens, highlighters, or even mindfulness coloring!

9. Do you take custom brand collaborations or gifting projects?

Yes! Whether you’re a yoga instructor, retreat host, wellness brand, or someone planning a soulful event we love co-creating. Reach out to us for bulk customization, white-labelling, or curated Aurabox drops.
