Aurabox is a creative gifting and decor brand. All designs, branding, and products are the intellectual property of Spiritual Junkie LLP.

2. Orders & Payments:

• Full payment is required at checkout.
• For custom orders, production begins after payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping:

• We ship across India.
• Estimated delivery timelines are visible at checkout.
• Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or festivals.

4. Returns & Refunds:

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged.
• Non-custom items may be returned within 3 days.
• Digital products are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property:

All content on our site  including images, product descriptions, designs  is owned by Aurabox and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Dispute Resolution:

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction, India.
